This low voltage DC motor speed control circuit is designed by using TDA 7274 IC, This TDA 7274 is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for DC motor speed control in crocassettes, radio cassettes and low voltage applications.

Construction and Working
The motor is connected between pin 3 and pin 4 of IC TDA 7274, Resistors R1, R2 and VR1 is connected in series each other and then connected with pin 6, pin 8 of IC 7274, by varying VR1 we can control speed of DC motor.
