Construction and Working

Simple timer circuit is constructed to produce 20KHz pulse through timing components R1, R2 and C1, if you want to make change in pulse rate then make R2 resistor as Variable. The pulse output is fed into switching transistor SL 100 through 100Ω / 1 watt Resistor. Collector terminal of switching transistor connected with Tx-L (Coil made through 30 SWG, enamelled copper wire with 5CM dia / 30 turns) this coil turns the DC bias as Magnetic flux with the help of switching device.

The Receiver circuit also has the Rx-L (Coil made through 30 SWG, enamelled copper wire with 5CM dia / 30 turns) and it converts magnetic flux into Alternate power, we know the coil in varying magnetic flux induce Electric field this will make LED array glows, you can connect LEDs in any polarity in this Rx circuit. If you want wireless regulated DC supply then include Rectifier, filter and Regulator after Rx-L coil.
